The short answer is life has a way of sidetracking projects.

We took our time moving which pushed back when our MD house got on the market. I've been splitting my time between the MD house, Pa farm, and breeding season. We close on the MD house the begining of july. So once we aren't paying 2 mortgages that will free up money for materials. The trans in my truck is also going up so I'll either need swap in a new one or buy a new truck so I can transport all the materials.

So far I've gotten the room prepped. The walls got coated with dry-lok. The floors got an epoxy coating. I removed two pull cord light sockets w 60w bulbs and replaced them with 3 sockets on a single switch with 100w daylight LED bulbs. I also put in an electrical outlet for power tools and a 4' florescent light. Obviously I like a well lite work area. The current plan for the walls is 2" foam next to the cinder blocks, stud out the walls and add more insulation.
