Artemis progression
Artemis has calmed down considerably and is adjusting to the front open cage, no longer shying away when I'm in the room. She has not fed since I got her on 9/2, but has only lost 2 grams so I'm not worried, though she's only handled for cage cleaning. She is also getting switched to f/t, so we are currently at a stalemate. She's been predominantly hanging out on the cool end of her cage, so she may be in breeding mode. She's 3 years old and 1386 grams, so it's possible.
She's a dragonfly morph and I'm a huge fan of the yellow and cream coloration. That is probably pretty obvious looking at my collection. lol I also love her brown pinstriping. She's such a pretty and sweet girl.

Very pretty, never seen a BP quite like her before either. Hope she decides to eat for you though, some sure can be frustrating.

The light color and unusual pattern is what drew me in to her Craigslist ad. Just couldn’t pass her up.
Frustrating is right for the feeding, but I’m really trying to hold off on giving her live prey. A while back I was really debating getting a live rat pup, but decided to try waiting her out. She hasn’t been losing any weight, and had a shed 2-3 weeks ago. She drinks and passes urates, moves about her cage and appears to have finally acclimated to the clear fronted cage versus a tub. In fact, she’ll watch me from her cool hide and even come up to the door to peer out. I may yet have to try jump starting her on live, but I’m putting that off as long as possible.

As best I’ve been able to find, the dragonfly is made up of pastel, fire, and pinstripe. I haven’t found any others that look exactly like her, but that may be because she’s 3 years old and most of what I’ve found online are juveniles. It’s also entirely possible that there is another name for the morph, as seems to be pretty common if from a different line.
I definitely have a love for anything with pinstripes. Make it yellow or pale and I can hardly control myself. lol She’s also a very sweet girl. I’ve handled her very little because she hasn’t fed, but she does very well when out. She’s calm and explores, but not flighty...and lots of tongue flicks as she checks everything out.

Re: Artemis progression
Artemis finally ate! I ended up resorting to offering live. It took her a while to decide if she was going to strike or not, but finally did. I think she was put off at first with me watching, but there was no way I was going to leave it in there unsupervised. Once she struck and I was sure it was over, I left her in peace to eat.
Now if I can just get Orion to eat.
