Same here. And way too much snake for most people, I'd guess.

Too large, yet perplexing enough to draw both of you to the giant python forum rather frequently...

Well in Caesars defense, it was pretty much my fault. I should have known not to let him get up top with those cardboards especially after feeding Rosey that day. And i should have seen the sign when he had his face buried in the cardboard flicking his tongue like crazy at it lol.
I've had Caesar almost 3 years since he was a 5 month old baby and this is the first time he has bitten me. When he doesnt smell food, he is a giant lush who loves attention.
And yeah, i am lucky he just bit and let go. And like i said, the next day he was out front greeting me and wanting his petting lol. He held a grudge at me for 3 days after i had to wrestle with him to unhook his upper lip from a tooth. He shoved my hand away and would crawl away from me lol. But when HE does something, its ok and he expects me to pet him the next day haha.
And sure, retics can inflict damage and like any large constrictor, need respect but out off all my snakes, him and the GTPs have the most personality.
In the end, stuff happens and like i said, Caesar is a giant lush who loves attention. Mistakes happen

But of course he expects you to forgive immediately.
And of course he takes as long as he pleases to hold a grudge.
LOL. He is amazing and he knows it.
