How would I know if f/t rodents were humanely killed BEFORE freezing. This has been a thought that has been bothering me

Ask on here if anyone has noticed signs of trauma. I would guess that all the major suppliers use CO2, but smaller & locals sources may not.

Some of the suppliers say how the rodents are euthanized, but you could also contact each of them to verify. For the large suppliers, I’d agree with Bogertophis that they would use CO2...quite honestly anything else would likely be too time consuming for large numbers of feeders.

My local pet store luckily has plenty. If he is out there's another pet store 20mi away that never runs out. Good thing too. I would hate paying the outrageous shipping cost. Like underground reptiles is like $60+ for a $25 bag of 10 or something like that.
