In order to help you figure out why she's not eating we need more information.

How old is she and how much does she weigh? What is your set up like? Does he have appropriate hides and clutter? What are your temps and humidity?

Have you been handling her since you got her? A new ball python should not be handled until they've eaten for you for three consecutive meals.

Can you tell us what you already tried? How often have you been offering her food? Offering too soon or too frequently can stress a new ball python out and lead to more food refusals. You don't want to offer more than every 5-7 days.

Lastly what are you feeding her? What prey type and is it f/t or live? Keep in mind a ball python that was fed live prior will have a harder time transitioning to f/t right away in the time frame you'd like. It's often recommended to feed your new BP the prey they've been on for the first few meals before switching.
