    Yayyy:)

This is the 2nd time Imogen has shed with me. The first time she had stuck shed. I didn’t have the humidity right. Even with it being in the mid/high 60s, she still had stuck shed. Tonight she shed all in one piece. It makes me sooo happy. I just cleaned her tank (why it looks so plain), so humidity was in the 80s. She also left me other goodies

Awesome! I like to keep the sheds when I can, but a lot of times they leave a nice present in them!

Other snakes do that too, sometimes, but it might be more common in BPs because they are less active. When they shed, they finally have to move around
more & one thing tends to "inspire" the other. Just like when you help a snake "swim" in warm shallow water to facilitate things, it's the motion mostly that
gets results...the water just feels good & makes it easier for them to move.

I learned the hard to be very very careful with a snake that is due for a deuce! I keep my snakes in my bedroom, so a when I was cleaning their tanks I would take them out and let them slither around a little on my bed. Well after having to strip off all my bedding and try to wash the stank out a couple times, I now make sure to keep track of their “movements”!

I've never had a snake trash my bed or furniture before, but one I was handling took a dump down my back once, & with long hair, um, it was't pretty, lol.
One thing that helps: when you pick up a snake, look for that fullness just above their cloaca...if you see a little bulge there, BEWARE! -it's "time"!
