Tubs for CB70 and Thermostat recommendations?

Hi! My son’s love for BPs has grown and his first male has now grown from a hatchling to a VERY large male, and he has since added two juvenile females to his collection. The male is about to need an upgrade, so I was looking at a CB70 rack from Reptile Basics which would give everyone room for growth. Since they don’t come with tubs, and the Iris page is out of stock, does anyone know where I can get the tubs or “clones”?

Also, it has been years since I have bought a new thermostat. I have had herpstats in the past. Before I buy another I just wanted to see if you guys would recommend them, or do you prefer the VEs?

Check sizes but should be right.

I did my research recently on the Thermostat thing and found it came down to preference. I like the look of the Herpstats more, so I went with that brand. Has been working well for me.

I have been really happy so far with the V-70 tubs from Vision. They fit the CB70 rack perfectly to where I don't need to drill added ventilation, they are smooth and flat bottomed so they have great proximity to the tape but don't ever touch it, it's clear enough to see inside but still give your snakes a sheltered feeling and snake mess is really easy to remove. One downside was the first time they shipped rough, with 6/10 badly broken, but they were good about speedy free replacement shipment. I currently have run the CB70/V-70 combo on a herpstat for almost a year now and LOVE everything about it.

Thanks for the help! So are the vision tubs and the iris interchangeable? The Iris seem to be backordered everywhere, and while that is what the rack I bought is recommended with (Reptile Basics CB70 rack), I would prefer the vision brand tubs since my other rack has them.

I went with v70- they discount shipping on multi packs so worked out cheapest.
Very happy with my two herpstats.
