    Petco Morph

I stopped by Petco to check on the snakes and saw this little guy. Any idea on the morph?

Genetic stripe something - possibly butter g-stripe. Looks skinny: I'd suggest looking for a breeder if you're tempted to buy it, you'll get a healthier snake without supporting the big box stores

No cage is too large - nature is the best template - a snoot can't be booped too much

I don’t support the big box stores. I go by Petco when I’m in town to check on the snakes and make sure they are being taken care of. I use my local store for all my feeders and things.

Great! I do the same thing, then when I find snakes not being cared for I ask for the manager, store number, and regional manager and send complaint emails to their headquarters and in really bad cases, copy in animal control. I also thank the stores that are housing healthy snakes to the best of their abilities.

I can honestly say that I’ve never once been in my local Petco and found anything unacceptable. They seem to do their best to keep the snakes happy. I still go by and check though!
