Hey buddy, do you know that the substrate you're using is known to cause cancer in the State of California?
Everything causes cancer in California.
The reason it says that is because 'Wood dust' can cause cancer according to prop 65 in CA. Aspen bedding also causes cancer by that same Prop.
Paper or wood containing wood dust. lol 9_9;
It's a bit ridiculous. Even coffee has been listed as cancer causing. Take it as you will.
I've been getting ALOT of mix reviews about substrate.. What is the best substrate for ball pythons?

I use paper towels. Super easy to clean; once she soils them I just roll ‘em up and throw them out before wiping down the cage. And my snake doesn’t seem to mind them either 🤷:cens0r:♀️

Yea that's what I've been using . I believe thts the best option. My main concern was substrate getting into his mouth while he eats. I didnt want that to happen at all.

Do you rip them up? I just lay down the sheets so they’re flat. I don’t think if some paper towel was chewed on / ingested it’d be too bad though. (:
