What BP's have clear sheds besides ghosts
Any other types (aka normals) that have clear sheds?
One of my BP's sheds clear but I don't believe he is a ghost.
Do normals sometimes have clear sheds with no pattern left on them?

When people bring me sheds from normals that they think are "clear", there is always some type of very faint pattern that they are just not seeing ... once you hold it up next to an actual shed from a hypo/ghost you really can see the difference.

albinos shed clear. but i think you'd know if you had an albino.

When people bring me sheds from normals that they think are "clear", there is always some type of very faint pattern that they are just not seeing ... once you hold it up next to an actual shed from a hypo/ghost you really can see the difference.
That's probaly what it is then. A very faint pattern that is hard to see. My other BP's sheds are dark. They have a very definite "brown" pattern left behind. This one is like a whitish color.
I didn't think it was a ghost, just didn't know some BP's sheds have faint patterns.

And different shed thickness too ... Over the years I noticed a tremendous variation in ball pythons sheds from the amount and shade of pattern, to the thickness of the shed, to even the texture .... they are all just sooo amazing to me!

Not all amel albinos shed clear, it depends on the snake. I have a couple of amel sheds in the shop right now with faint pattern on them. With higher contrast albinos the pattern can easily be seen on the shed.
FWIW ... caramels definitely don't ... and lav's can leave a pattern.

aren't the high contrast albinos also called "high gold" albinos? im asking because in "the ball python manual" thats what they call it.
