    Reptile Basics

I wasn’t sure where to post this. Just wanted to share my experience with Reptile Basics. I ordered a few things from them on the 15th, one of which was an LED tank light with the power supply and dimmer. The total was around $30 for this particular item.

Long story short, the LED didn’t work correctly. It would pulse on and off and wasn’t bright at all. I emailed Reptile Basics explaining the situation and received a reply within a few hours saying that a replacement had already been shipped out at no cost.

I got the replacement today and it works awesome! Big thanks to Bobby at Reptile Basics. He will have my business from now on.

That's great customer service! Obviously imperfections "happen" in manufactured products, or the jostling during shipping causes a loose connection, which
is what it sounds like your issue was with the first LED light, but they made it right & promptly. Doesn't get any better than that, and I sing far more praises
than I ever do complaints...I'd much RATHER give good reviews...I want the good companies to stay in business for the next time I need something.

I would have to agree with positive experiences when dealing with Reptile Basics. I did a LOT of research before purchasing racks and they were helpful and prompt in their responses. Also, both of my orders ended up being filled on time or early, and so far the quality of the racks has been good.

    Re: Reptile Basics

I’ve also had positive experience with Reptile Basics. I purchased a couple of new 3’x2’x12” cages from them about 2 months ago. They were packaged exceptionally well and arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. I like their cages so well that I’m looking to upgrade all but one of my current cages.
