    official weigh-in

I just went to habitat for humanity today and got a big food weigher or something of that sort with a bowl on it so that I could weigh my snake. He is about 237 grams and 23 inches. The length isn't too terribly accurate, I just have laser eye vision like superman and tried to use that to measure. He's about one cubit and the length of my middle finger. Is my snake heavy, light, normal, or did I just measure wrong somehow?

    Re: official weigh-in

My new (first) bp is I think close to 24" (it's so hard to measure them!) and he only weighs about 130g (4.6oz) or so. I've only had him just under a week, so haven't attempted feeding him at all yet. He appears healthy - not underweight or anything.

Can anyone else out there share some length/weight info and advise us what is considered healthy or normal?

    Re: official weigh-in

My female weighs 990 grams. I plan to breed her next year; not yet. Not sure about my others; my big male was around 5 pounds at last check.
