Wow, that's adorable! He's totally begging, lol. I've had a roadrunner do that- sit on my leg & beg (-back when I lived in the desert) & his bravery paid off.
I was in the process of feeding snakes & had a tray full of f/t small mice, including fuzzies, & more than I really needed, when he literally knocked on my patio
door, so he got lunch. After eating a couple, he then carried one off to impress his mate a short distance away in the brush.

Oh, that is so cool !!!

There is something so special about wild animals seeking out and interacting. Especially when its animals that haven't actually learned to come to humans for food. Just these random but precious encounters. I swear Otto just wanted a lift to the table. I was "the shortcut", LMAO Still very cool that he was so fearless. We have a ton of Anoles in the yard, too, but I call all the ones staying under the umbrella "Otto". I don't know how long they live, if its even possible its still the same one, but there is always one in there

Well...I just went outside and found 4 geckos right outside the door. I'm sure there are many more. Perhaps we have a gecko infestation?

They always slip up into the ceiling of the covered porch. I think I need to venture into the attic and make my way back there to have a look whether there are a couple hundred geckos or so up there
