    BP finally ate!!!

So our new Spider BP finally ate for the first time since we brang him/her home. It took a full 2 weeks and only ate it by leaving it lay in front of its hide. Would not strike for the food. Hopefully now we can continue and raise its weight! Thanks to all who gave me good advice.

There was a total of 3 offers. 3 days after being home, which was no strikes so I left it alone for a day, than laid it in there over night, which did not work. So than I left it alone for another week and yesterday it would not strike so I laid F/T right in front of hide and it took it within minutes.

Ok. Just checking. Offering too often can stress the snake and end up leading to more refusals.

Let her be for a week and offer again

Yes I know thats why the second attempt at feeding I just laid it in front of hide to try and not disturb the BP. Kinda gave it a shot of hey maybe it will find it on it own. And yes def not interactions for another week. Hoping its start strike instead of leaving it in there.

Yes I am starting to think that it was just a hatchling given to the store right away. Judging by the size.
