Pied Pippers!

last night the first to pip is first one out and bam! did i hit the mark?!

very high white but look at that beautiful head!

i check back later and it's trying to crush it's unborn siblings...

so i have to move it.

it's in it's own tub and now it's confused and lonely i think.

this morning the 4th one pipped. another Pied. the other 2 seem nice and fat, but refuse to leave the egg. let's take a peak anyways - Pied and Black Pastel het Pied (fingers and tails crossed for a ringer).

3 more eggs to go!!!

That's a nice pied to - love the almost 2-tone difference between the spots and the neck

when i got home the Black Pastel het Pied was out and we got some more pippers!

these are the 2 Pieds and the Black Pastel

and the pipped one in the back is a melted face pattern Black Pastel Pied (!!! OMG I'm so excited!!! u guys!!) and the sliced/pipped but hiding one is another Black Pastel het Pied.

one of the Pieds emerge.

the 3 that have hatched so far.

so i cut the 7th (last) egg as it was already 60-plus days, the eggs have been trampled by it's siblings and i don't want it to drown. aaaand i think it's another Black Pastel Pied! woohoo! as u can see, even though i cut it - the baby also sliced it's own opening (bottom left egg).

i'm really happy w/ this clutch!

I don't think that first one out was trying to crush the competition...looked more like he wanted back in, lol...it's scary & lonely out there. All adorable! Congrats!

i've been eyeing B.Pastel Pied combos for my second breeding project (yes i'm already thinking about my second before even putting 2 snakes together for my first LOL) and you're really not helping me out here! SOOOO beautiful!
