The animal is 3 months, and probably has only had 5 meals total you have to do what you need to do and it start by getting everything right, so long the husbandry and the food offer are not adequate the animal will not eat, and you are entering a viscous circle.
This advice WORKS. Banana refused to eat for almost 3 weeks and he was in a 10 gallon tank. I followed these instructions and he ate that first week in his new tub. I also tried the paper bag trick but that did not work for the most common reasons: husbandry and stress. For example, cleaning the cage once a month for a small snake in a 40 gallon tank is an overkill. Spot clean as you go, and if it has not eaten, it probably had not pooped so you should not have a dirty tank. And no need to change the water every other day either unless it is pooping in it. Twice a week should be enough. Every time you disturb him, even by changing out the water, the more stressed out he can become. Do that all you like AFTER it starts to eat for you.

Also, other posters are asking for more info so please provide. Reptiles are not like dogs and cats where you can simply discuss what and how to feed and the problem fixes itself. Much, much more details go into why your snake is refusing to eat and much more can be done to get him eating.
