No. Jungle is a pattern trait, that seems to be rather variable.
This is a pastel jungle.
See how her head looks different? She's also got a black line that runs down from each eye.

"Pastel Jungle" was the original name of what everyone now refers to as "pastels" ... same difference.
Ball pythons know as "jungles" had been around for years before pastels were proven and have yet to be proven consistently reproducible.

all ball pythons have a pattern through there eyes, unless the pattern continues through the eye.

Pastel jungle = co-dominant trait
Jungle = polygenetic trait
Pastel jungles are the proven animals (commonly referred to as pastels)
Jungles are randomly occuring animals that pop up once in a while but have yet to be reproduced consistently.
Here is a pic of a jungle.
They are beautiful but unlike pastels, do not reliably pass on the traits.
