Yes. Superworms are better than meal worms. They carry less chitin, they do bite and should not be refrigerated unlike mealworm. Also, I think superworms are easier to gutload. They are more likely to eat each other though. If you want to breed them, you must separate the worms so they can grow to beetles. Keeping them together prevents this so superworms can last for quite a long time. If you do feed supers, feed no more than 5 at a time and wait for your beardie to poop before continuing. Remember variety is key so don't feed strictly supers.
