Only experience i had with 'feisty' snakes was Allison the JCP but she never did mellow out and even after 6 months, i still ran a 50/50 chance of getting tagged just reaching in to change the water. Everyone else are more or less lazy slugs unless they want food or smell food lol. Even Pat the GTP is laid back and he's a biak.

And both boas look good. I was told that the BCOs tend to be a bit more feisty as babies and even some into adulthood.

Re: A tale of two boas.

I think we're all on the same page now. Both boas are eating well and the BCO has really calmed down. I'm so looking forward to seeing these two grow.

Really glad they settling so well for you el Ziggy,
motley looks a really light grey/silver tonight in them pics, great contrast to the glossy black of his saddles, I love the colour changes on my motley
Little argie is so cool they normally get pretty girthy too, they really are stunning congratulations again on such great new additions

Thanks Rich. The colors on the Motley are amazing. Pics just don't capture that silvery/coppery blend. I can't wait to see what the Argie looks like as she grows. The adult BCOs are phenomenal.

Both are looking great and awesome to hear they are both settling in nicely. Argie reminds me of a status the way his/her coloration is. I'm partial to the Motley but Argie is growing on me. Both are stunning.

Awesome El-Ziggy, especially on the BO calming down.

Pictures never seem to get the nuance of Boas! There is so much to see up close, that unfortunately, tends to get lost in most photographs.

    Love it!

That second shot, for a fraction of a second looked like a retic to me. I think it reminded me of my guy, the color and plain head.

Probably a silly comparison on my part.

Just for a second though LOL!

Two extremely beautiful boas there sir!

I'm so happy you snapped up this species.
