“Rose Belly”
Drove past a pet store today and had nothing to do so I checked it out. Small family run thing, but they had tons of reptiles.... unfortunately not that great of conditions though. So I got out of there pretty fast because it was depressing.
However, I did notice something strange that piqued my interest. One of their tanks they had what appeared to be spider ball pythons, but they labeled them “Rose Belly Spider Ball Pythons.”
Is that even a thing? I’ve never heard of rose belly before. I googled but nothing came up. Maybe they meant Yellowbelly?
I thought I took a picture of the snakes but apparently I didn’t.

totally agree, looks like someone let it sit in a shallow bath of kool aid or red pedialyte (that last one being feasible)

Could they have meant orange belly? Try calling and asking - could be an uninformed pet shop that got the snake from a breeder that made the name up.

No, no, you're ALL wrong...it's a cross between a ball python and a rose-haired tarantula.
