    Eastern Indigo

Hi all, just wondering if anyone keeps or has experience with eastern indigos? I just applied for a job in Florida with a conservation group that restores habitat and breeds endangered / threatened reptiles for release back in to the wild. For colubrids I've only ever hatched black rat snakes from eggs harvested from adult females we could not save in wildlife rehab and several clutches of box and snapping turtles. Sooo I'm trying to get as good a background on captive care as I can just in case I get a call back.

Thanks in advance for any help

I have no experience yet, but I'd love a breeding pair eventually.

There are some well-regarded folks on FaunaClassifieds who breed and sell them, maybe reach out to them and see if they'll let you pick their brains.

I both keep and breed eastern indigos. What would you like to know?
