Re: Dream NON-SNAKE pet...
I know lots of people like birds and keep birds, but my kids are too wild for them. I would love an African grey or a raven. Ravens can learn speech and are thought to be the 2nd smartest animal behind the porpoise.

Re: Dream NON-SNAKE pet...
A hedgehog is on my list of easily obtained wants. Once I move to a state that allows them as pets, I want a spotted skunk.

Attainable but not in the cards right now:
I would love to have a hedgehog. There is just something about them.
Sugar gliders
a bunny (allergies cannot handle the hay!)
Things I think are amazing but I wouldn't keep as pets:
marmoset
desert fox

Oh man...
So, realistically, but unattainable at the moment would be a horse and a Tamaskan husky (idk where on earth I would find one). They look like wolfdogs, but are the size of huskies with no wolf. So pretty.
Unrealistically, a grey wolf or a flying fox. I've always loved these animals.

Re: Dream NON-SNAKE pet...
I've been eyeing up wolves or owls for a while, but I'll never have space or resources to keep one of those xD
