But unless you are super confidant I wouldn't buy a snake that clearly hasn't started eating yet.

Check withthe breeder and, if acceptable, put a refundable deposit on it based on it having at least 4 meals on it's own.

If you're paying for quality genetics make sure the snake has them
Oh i never thought of that, good idea !!

    Re: Opinions on this baby

So I'm the breeder that produced this snake. We are still trying to figure out what it could be. We aren't sure if there were underlining genes somewhere or what. I've talked to NERD and had someone talk to Mutation Creations and everyone is stumped. She has lightened up alot and the patterning is fading so we are thinking she has the lucifer fader gene in her in that clutch there was an Eraserhead (lucifer vanilla). There is no recessive genes in there sadly, but we are working up to adding some genes down the line when we figure out what exactly we are working with.

Cool! It has been a few years: No luck with ID via proof breeding the parents?

I'd love to see updated photos of that snake. That baby was beautiful!

I saw that and was wondering what else was going on because the pattern looked far too clean for what was listed.
