    Very cool,

And I'm happy you can enjoy something without hassle.

    Boa Constrictors are fantastic snakes!

You have one of the best boas you can buy!

Thanks! It’s Pro Coco husk chips. Essentially just a much cheaper version of reptichip. I’ve noticed little if any difference

Maybe even more hassle free than Geoffrey. Which is impressive. Something will happen eventually with Phyllis. It has to. Vet suggested maybe forcing a feeding just to get some calories in her to help her body fight off the infection.

He’s my first and only boa but I do really like him. He’s very secretive in the cage. Almost never see him outside of either of his hides, though he does alternate them semi regularly. Still not sure why it took me this long to get a boa constrictor. I kinda want another one... gotta get everything here back to 100% before I can even consider making any new additions. It’s only fair to the current critters, myself included.

Cute picture JMC . I'm glad you're enjoying the boa experience. I'm new to boas too and it's been really cool so far. I'm seeing more and more how beautiful and diverse the species is. Best wishes.

Thanks Ziggy! I have to say, I was very surprised when you got your Argentine Boa. Very unique boas and I like how dark they get. I’d be lying if I said that a BCO hasn’t crossed my mind

Looks pretty similar, I’d imagine it’s a comparable product. I will say that compared to every other Coco husk bedding I’ve used reptichip is the least dusty but not worth paying 2-3x as much for it. I’ll stick with either Pro Coco or aspen for my loose substrate options

Finally got the coco in. Found him doing this a while ago.
