    Clyde the Irian Jaya

Clyde got a little fresh air today and seemed to enjoy it . He's a great boy and I couldn't ask for a better snake.

Nothing beats a nice carpet imo. Gorgeous IJ! He's a stocky boy too. How old is he?

I'm not really sure Zig, but if I had to guess I'd say 5-7 yrs old ? He's a mouser, but a consistent eater with a great feeding response. I only have 5 various snakes so three retired breeders every 2 or 3 weeks isn't an issue . As long as they eat , I'm happy

This guy, on the other hand, needs more calm and careful handling as he is very high strung. I'm hopeful he'll come around and be handleable without hook and gloves. If not , he's a fine display still.
