White spots on my retic's head. Need help!

I've noticed a couple of white spots appearing on my retic's head (one big and one small) and there seems to be some redness underneath (blood?). Has anyone seen this? Should I be concerned? Thanks.

Mine had a spot on his head when I first got him. I was told it was from rubbing and would go away. After 3 sheds it is gone. It didn't look red or anything just a little indention and faded with each shed.

Thats a rub spot. Find what he is rubbing on and smooth it out. Should be fine once you fix why he is rubbing, be it temps, food, humidity.

Yup, just a head rub...their skin is usually light pinkish like that under the rubbed-off scales. Roughly equivalent to a 5-year-old's skinned knee.

Thank you all for reply. I feel much better now. He is truly a sweet heart and I was afraid that he might have something serious.
