Low price incubator for bp eggs and leopard geckos

I’m looking for a small and affordable incubator for leopard gheco eggs and ball pythons eggs in the future. Any recommendations? It’s oretty small scale. Only going to have one clutch.

Cheapest option is to build one out of a cooler. It's so easy, just look up videos on youtube. All you need is a cooler, small piece of heat tape and a thermostat. If you don't have a thermostat to use, that is the one thing that may cost you a little money. I chose to use a herpstat because it isn't an on/off style tstat like the cheaper ones, it regulates the temp within .1 degree so there is very little fluctuation in temps.

I agree, with the addition of one item. You will need to add a small computer fan to the incubator for air circulation. To avoid hot spots which will cause temperature problems.

This isn’t necessary in a small cooler made for just one clutch. I agree in the taller glass door type incubators a fan is a good idea and mine has one as well.
