Hi Richard... Yes, I just watched it and was in awe!! I learned things I never knew about ETB's and discovered that I would prefer a Basin vs a Northern ETB. Dav Kaufmen is an excellent source for learning so much on reptiles. I love his videos too!!!

If only I could afford a basin. I watched that video and thought it was ol. Sometimes he’s annoying with the repeated ‘how much’ question.
That being said, I love my uncertain, nervous northern ETB and the defensive behaviors are actually good lessons to learn from.
Too Many...
That's what my wife says

Yeah i'd like an Amazon Basin but i dont see myself swinging $2500 minimum for one lol. Honestly, if we were talking that kind of cash, i would probably get a male pied retic or a male OGS retic. I might swing a a northern though, who knows.....first i need that small chest freezer....i gotta keep telling myself that

(Whispers quietly in your ear) "This is the snake gods! You need a freezer to you can store snake food so you can buy more snakes when it is cheaper to feed them..... um.... oh wait a Pied Retic? Yep that is difficult choice."
Hehehehehehehehe.... sorry could not help myself.

Yeah, I saw this last night. I just think it is amazing that he has been working with them for 50 years... That is crazy. It is great that he was willing to show his animals and talk about care, etc. with Dav. I really like that Dav interviews these guys who are basically the "founding fathers" of the hobby. We can benefit so much from their knowledge and experience.
I really loved his setup. I wonder if he built those enclosures himself or if he purchased them, etc. Very nice looking and professional.
Those basin ETBs were gorgeous! I don't think I'll be dropping $2,500 on one, but if I ever come in to loads of $$...I'll keep it on my list.

0.1 BRB 1.2 KSBs
1.0 Carpet 0.5 BPs

1.0 Leachie 0.0.1 BTS
