I am obviously partial, but I love his brown color, and the contrast with the cream banding is just so sharp. But there's just something about the markings on his face that I love. Those "eyebrows" or "horns" between his eyes have always impressed me.

    But, anyway, thanks guys!!

Thank you!! He's an inquisitive guy to begin with, but he's SUPER inquisitive outside. All the smells seem to excite him.

Just curious, didn’t see the age mentioned. Over the years I only have had one king and one milk. Seeing yours and how majestic he looks, makes me wish I had kept more. Really nice bro, thanks for sharing. I’ve always liked colubrids, never say never. I need to behave. You have some sweet boys.

    Thanks a lot man!!

I honestly don't know his age. I got him as an adult in Oct 2016. He was "a couple years old" but the store had taken him in as a favor for somebody downsizing his collection and Brian wasn't exactly sure. He's grown about 3" and gained about 150 grams since I've had him, so he's still growing at a decent rate. If I had to guess I'd say he's probably 4-5 years old, but maybe as old as 6-7.

I'm a HUGE advocate for Kings. They were the snake that got me into the hobby way back when, and he was my first snake when I got back into the hobby. He's my favorite snake I've ever kept. For as long as I'm keeping snakes I'll keep at least one King...
