    Does this Poop Look Normal?

Was at my local Pet Shop today and was talking to an associate I usually buy substrate off, she showed me a picture of her Jaya Python and the droppings it produced today. She fed him a chick. I'm not an expert on poop so I didn't want to comment or misinform her.

But she's wondering if it looks normal.
From my experience, I've seen similar snake droppings and there were no issues, but now I'm curious maybe I might be wrong? Maybe too much green and it's indicating a bacterial issue? What do you guys think?

    Thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t call it abnormal. The green is just some bile that came out with the Urates. While it doesn’t happen with every evacuation, it is normal. The poo itself seems to be on the edge of loose, no big deal. Not every movement has the consistency of dough, just as with humans or other animals.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Thank you very much for the response Reinz! I was thinking the same thing and thought it was normal. My snakes sometimes release a somewhat similar texture followed by a normal looking drop the same day or a day later. But since I wasn't a hundred percent sure I didn't want to give false information, rather check with the pros!

    Thanks again!

Also, chicks tend to make for loose stools in most snakes, so that is not unusual.
