Always seems to be that way, when he has enough of you he'll let you know by biting you , but what can I say I like animals with attitude and would not trade those boys for the world.

Nope it's a chahoua on the top still fairly young and a gargoyle (a little older) at the bottom, not fully grown yet.

Awesome critters Deb! They're both beautiful. How much more maintenance than snakes would you say they require? My son has been asking for a lizard lately but I'm not sure if I'm ready to take that leap just yet.

More than a snake less than a dog

As far as husbandry it's as easy as it come no heat, room temp so long you are in the 70's range (nothing below 68 or above 82), feeding is every other day Day 1 I offer CGD Day 2 Nothing Day 3 Remove CGD and replace by fresh one or bugs and so on, with those guys I offer bugs once or twice a week but gargoyle which are easy and very affordable do well with CGD alone (most people actually have trouble feeding them bugs), and I mist once daily.
