I've been actively browsing GTPs. My first BP (first snake) has been thriving since I got him in December. I think those deep red baby GTPs are so cool. I've been researching them and consensus is they aren't very social. And that's perfect for me, because I only handle to clean, weigh, and inspect. I'm more into watching the snake live his life. I'll probably pull the trigger eventually, but I'm still going to wait until I consider my BP an adult.

A colubrid is definitely happening. I'm almost tempted to get two, but I'm not sure how that would work out right now.

I have an ever-expanding want-list, trust me. I'm just also trying to be realistic on what I can currently keep lol.

Colubrids have started to gain my attention lol. This year I'll be getting my melanistic russian ratsnake and I think that will be my limit for some time. SOMEWHERE along the road, I do have my sights on a western hognose so who knows 3-5 years from now haha. Rhino rat snake and jungle carpet python are also under my consideration list.

I've been looking at southern white lipped pythons for awhile, but definitely won't add any snakes until the end of the year or even later, because my new puppy is taking up a ton of my time and thoughts and mental fortitude LOL. But I would like something with high iridescence!

I’m looking for a Pastel Axanthic! I really wanted an axanthic pied but the price is utterly to high for my blood lol. But I’ll probably end up with 3 bps by the end of the year an axanthic pastel, orange dream, and some kind of banana with spots!

I'd really love a nice super fire ball or similar- not completely white, but white with a goodly spattering of yellow patches, and quite possibly female. A nice champagne ringer of some sort is also pretty high up on my list, but it would probably be smarter to look for an attractive black head combo of any gender before picking one of those out (nothing is catching my eye in that department right now, and even if it did, I'm telling myself I can't afford it anyhow ). I doubt I'll be getting any more this year, sadly, as I'm waiting until I have a PVC tank for Horatio, and will also need to buy new tires for my car before winter.

An apricot Pueblan milk might be more reasonable, as they're pretty cheap and I already have a 10 gallon glass tank on hand for a baby if I go that route.
