LED Setup question
Hey all, would like some thoughts/experience here. Planning on putting up an LED strip I got on Amazon in my Boaphile 421 over the weekend. Was going to run them around the whole top side walls of the enclosure, but will that be too much? Remote has a dimmer.
Alternatively I can put them just on the front side wall on top of the glass door or on the front top ceiling of the enclosure. In theory can do it on the back wall/ceiling (like Gio's), but would require a new hole in the side of the cage to run it through, which I'd rather not do unless it's really the best option.
Also, strip has 3M sticky backing, but have heard that with high humidity it doesn't stay well long term. So I was gonna hot glue gun it along with the sticky side. This is for a boa, who likes to climb around. Don't want to use staples or screws.
What do y'all think I should do here? Sorry if it was confusing. Thanks!

Use screws and means to permanently attach it to secure it down. Hot glue can and will tend to dislodge over time. You would be surprised what snakes can tear down so secure that as if you would be securing it in a child's room.

Thanks for the response, how would I screw it in without the screws sticking out of the PVC?

The adhesive strip and also hot glue method has worked great for mine for the last few years .
Just put the strip were the snake isn't going to be able to easily climb/ slither over it constantly.
