I'm pretty sure with antibiotics in the water you have to change it out on a daily basis. I think it degrades pretty fast. Most water soluble antibiotics will say to make a fresh solution every day of treatment.

You mentioned using distilled water at one point, I don't know if that has any difference but I've never gotten anything but a yellow tint, looks like dirty water. As far as the amount of water you explained to me you go through, dosing 5 gallon seems extremely wasteful of meds. Also do not let that go unchanged for more than 5/7 days, medications can become toxic.

Water is changed daily right now, and I have been only treating 5 liters, I put my hook up a little high so that the bucket wouldn’t be messed up.... and I have doxy coming out of the ears but it sucks compunding it, it doesn’t like to become water soluble with out light heat (80 degrees was the recommended temp to compound it)

Oh and the tint is like a very very light palmagrante color after a few hrs. And the doxy is almost expired so that may have something to do with it

Yeah IDK. I only use Doxyvet Liquid so I dont have to mix.
