What Morph is this? Lesser het Green Ghost?

I have two female Lessers, one is possible het for Ghost and is much brighter than the other. I'm betting it would be brighter than its siblings if it was het for Green Ghost. In a lot of cases you can actually tell if it's het for something, like the belly lines for het pied, not always a guarantee though.

I think you are right. Otherwise it may be a lesser calico.
