    is it Pastel?

    Hey there,
I'm new with the reptile hobby, I got baby male pastel and few days ago bought adult female that sold as pastel from unknown seller (3 years old, 1,600G weight).
To me, inexperience eye she look like my normal female compared to the baby male BP I have (pic 2), the patterns look a bit similar for both of them yet the color different.
My male ball python got yellow-red color (at shed, can't see the bright red-yellow color) yet the female have brown-golden color, like my normal female BP - the new BP a bit brighter tho.
Is it 2 different colors of the same morph or when they get adult they change the color?

All pastel are not created equal, selective breeding has a lot to do with it.

It is a pastel just a brown out one.

And you cannot expect an adult to remain colorful like an hatchling well at least not with pastel, their best looking days are when they are hatchlings
