    Our new Carpet Python

    Hi!

I just wanted to share our new carpet python - unsure of exact details yet, still need to get more info, but I fell in love immediately so all the details are just noise He's apparently a diamond x jungle cross - but I am very new to carpets so I have much to read. Is there a book about carpets similar to "the more complete chondro" or "the complete boa constrictor"?

I haven't decided on a name for him yet - which is always the hardest part.

    Thanks for looking!

Very nice carpet Piper. The Complete Carpet Python by Nick Mutton and Justin Julander is a great book.

Thank you so much for both the compliment and link! I will certainly be buying that book to add to my "really, really long care sheet collection"

Great looking Carpet. I second the book that Ziggy suggested.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
    Mack The Knife, 2013
    Lizzy, 2010
    Etta, 2013
    1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
    Esmarelda , 2014
    Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.
