Husbandry! Does this work?

I have my BP in a tank, and of course it's a bit difficult to keep it humid in there, I have aluminum foil panels over the top, yes I keep some open for ventilation. But would this moss be adequate for bedding if I sprayed it down and got it damp?

yes, sphagnum moss is a popular way to boost humidity in glass tanks. u can spread it around the tank or put it into a dedicated hide (aka humid hide). it helps, but it's still possible to dry out the tank w/ a heat lamp or Ceramic Hat Emitter (CHE) tho so u still have to spray it down now and then.

i wouldn't use it as a bedding on its own, but mixing it in with your current bedding is a good way to boost humidity. or you can place a couple of moss balls throughout the enclosure and wet them/change them out as needed.
