    Persimmon flat bow

Here’s another one of my bows. This a self bow made from persimmon. It’s finished with a coat of linseed oil rubbed in til warm, then 10 coats of truoil over it. The glued on shelf and tip overlays are bacote. There were a couple of knots and a bit of wiggle to add character, but overall was a pretty easy one to tiller.

    Thanks for looking,
    Kyle
