    hygrometer malfunction

My Vivarium Electronics TH-100 Thermometer/Hygrometer probe fell in my beep's water bowl, and ever since the hygrometer is screwed. The thermometer probe still works fine, but even though I fully dried it out, the hygrometer probe always reads around 10% now, no matter what the humidity is. It is only a month old! I guess I have no choice but to replace the thing.
