Exactly a week ago today, I bit the bullet and put the deposit on a male banana/coral glow emperor pinstripe ball python from Dynasty Reptiles (who have been great to work with)! He won't be coming home until at least the middle of next month. I'm dying to meet him, but I'm also glad he'll also have time to grow just a biiiit bigger and learn how to python before his entire life is upended.
Chun Ku was kind enough to send me pictures until he comes home.

He looks a little more comfortable here, although in the picture taken after this one, he's trying to stuff his head under his body again.
Baby got back! He's quite the chubmeister.
