I've noticed in some cases when you bump up their feeding schedule they tend to hold it until their next shed, probably to maximize the amount of nutrients they have time to absorb or avoid "soiling" a good feeding den like they would in the wild (avoiding scent markers that attract predators and scare away prey).

So, holding it in that situation is probably some kind of biological imperative for them and I wouldn't be surprised if she dumps it with or soon after the upcoming shed. Supported by evidence that some BPs become better eaters when their substrate is regularly cycled out vs. spot cleaning; mileage may vary depending on the animal of course.

Definitely no need to worry, mine's done it bi-weekly at some points, and once held it for two months for similar reasons; gave him some larger rats after a short winter fast and then he just dumped yesterday, about two days after he shed out.
