New rescue i picked up this morning

I picked this guy/girl up this morning on the way home from work. They guy said he was moving and wasnt going to have the time to take care of him/her. (s)he looks good for her size 202g but the guy didnt know squat about taking care of it because it had 2 layers of shed that had not come off it head and upper body and one layer of shed on the rest. I got most of it off by soaking but decided to let him/her chill out for a while so as not to stress her out. Here are some pic. Enjoy.

Glad to hear you got all that shed off em. Poor little thing. Sounds like the guy was neglecting em long before that move. That's great that you were able to take em in. Best of luck with the new addition, and remember to quarantine, just in case!

Poor baby. Still, his gorgeous markings are showing through even after so much neglect. Looks like his eyes are lighter than most BPs too. I'm glad you could rescue him. Good luck with him.

Poor thing! I'll just backspace my comments about idiots that let snakes get in that condition as I know we all feel the same anyways.

Glad you were able to get a lot of that old shed off somewhat. The snake must feel quite awful with all that junk stuck on him/her.

Looks like a lovely snake under all that old skin!

That's what happened to my rescue too except he had 3 layers of shed and was grossly undernourished. He's coming on great now - posted new pics last night of him.

Your snake has got beautiful markings and stunning colours. Well done for rescuing him. I'm sure he's going to have a great life from now on
