    Forest floor and eco earth

How well would those two be mixed together?

Why would mix them? It would be fine, no problems, just curious as to the reasoning.

Just with the eco earth alone here in my room I️ tend to have humidity issues, nothing too nutty I️ don’t mind spraying every day if need be I’m just looking for some possible combo to maybe last more then 2-3 days before spraying is needed, with having 8feet of bearded dragons that have two 100watt lamps each it sucks the humidity right out of the room....but it does keep the ambient temp at 80-82

People do it all the time. It is far more common with lizards and amphibians but it works as well for ball pythons. It will still dry out the same as using them alone so you are still going to battle glass tanks in a dry room regardless of the substrate you are using.
