    Custom-Built Snake Breeder Rack.

    Details:
High-grade, heavy-duty ¾" OAK cabinet grade plywood. Water-Proof 1.25" deck screws, primer and pewter colored deck paint for water-proofing. Herpstat EZ2 thermostat regulating flex-watt heat tape. 1 Duraflame Infrared space heater for ambient room temperature control, 1 Humidifier for ambient room humidity control.

4 shelves for (4x) 56 gallon adult tubs, for 1 male breeder stud and 3 female breeders. The top 2 shelfs are basically the same dimension as (2x) Vivarium Electronics VE2 racks side by side, which are currently holding (12x) Vivarium Electronics VE 108-8 hatchling tubs for some future clutches. Like (2x) VE2 racks, the top 2 shelves can also hold (8x) VE 108-11 juvenile tubs, or (4x) VE 108-23 subadult tubs. (theoretically the VE-108-23 tubs could hold 4 more adult ball pythons, but they would be too cramped for my taste, which is why I have the huge 56 gallon under-bed storage tubs 1 per shelf for the adults.)

Now I just need to buy an incubator, and eventually build another rack for future "hold-back" hatchlings that will become breeders themselves.

More Husbandry equipment shipped in from Reptile Basics! How many hundreds can you spend on your Snake Housing?

Nice job, I was looking into the heater that you are using for my reptile room. How do you like it?

It’s great I have one in my snake room, and one in the bedroom, and this way I’m able to turn the main heating system down and save money while still keeping certain rooms warm.
