    Is she Healthy?

It’s me again, about Lily Dragon.
Do you think she looks healthy? Does she look underweight or anything?

1.1 ounce, that's about 30 grams? Kind of small for a hatchling, how long has it been out of the egg?

She looks like a bright, healthy bumblebee morph. Just keep her cozy in her hides, and on a regular feeding schedule.

Definitely small, but she doesn’t look emaciated or anything. Maybe she is a runt, or a late bloomer.

She does look small but as long as you're feeding her properly and everything then she should be perfectly find

Huh, we have twin bees... That's a pretty snake! Mine is three months today. He looks almost the exact same size...I'd measure but he just ate and he's resting...the breeder noted that he came from a clutch of 13 and all of them were his size; on the other hand, he had a clutch of four (iirc) from another female almost a month after that and those four are almost twice as big as the ones from the older clutch.

She looks healthy to me too! Maybe you could try calibrating your scale. Try measuring a few nickels; those weigh 5 grams.

    Re: Is she Healthy?

Just checking in...looks can be deceiving I guess!...or you need to calibrate your scale? My guy weighs 69.8gr...that's at two days post feeding and pre-pooping. It's hard to get him to stretch out, but I would guess he's about 18-20" right now. He's on his sixth meal now, up to "small mouse" size of the Arctic Mouse brand. He has been on a every-five-days feeding schedule, excepting for the week I adopted him; he went seven days...all my pics are on my phone otherwise I'd share!
