    Lesser VS Lesser Platinum?

It is my understanding that a Lesser and a Lesser Platinum are the same thing. But, according to the Ball Python Morph Calculator there is an important difference between the probable offspring of Mojave x Lesser and Mojave x Lesser Platinum.

    According to the Morph Calculator:

    Mojave x Lesser:

    25% Blue Eyed Leucistic (Mojave/Lesser)
    25% Mojave
    25% Lesser
    25% Normal

    Mojave x Lesser Platinum:

    25% Het Daddy Mojave
    25% Blue Eyed Leucistic (Mojave/Lesser)
    25% Het Daddy
    25% Lesser

I just recently discovered the Daddy and Het Daddy genes and started researching them and there seems to be a lot of controversy and confusion surrounding them. If those genes could become present in my present and future breeding projects I will definitely need to know. Can anyone tell me for sure if there is a difference between a Lesser and a Lesser Platinum and if so, how can I identify my Lesser girl?

Here is the full story. Ralph Davis imported the first platinum, named the morph platinum and he called it the specific animal the platty daddy. He made babies with it. He produced an obvious morph but looked nothing like the platty daddy. So he called them lesser platinum. Years later of trying to figure out how to make platinum, he figured out they were allelic. The normal looking morph got named daddy gene and when bred to a lesser platinum, it could make platinums. We shorten names of everything, now lesser platinums are known as lessers.

It appears the calc is mistaken lesser platinum for platinum.

There are several errors that I have found since they got the site back up with a new server.
Sadly it is still the go to place though I tend to question a lot of the "new" morphs......
