Very Bad Cat
Shadow thought it would be okay for her to knock down the mouse enclosure and set them free. Luckily we only had 2 mice in there and we have recovered 1. Any idea how to find the other escapee.

Re: Very Bad Cat
Update: the mouse has been found in the hall closet. guess that was the best place to take cover from a cat.

Re: Very Bad Cat
finding lost ball pythons is not that easy....that mouse was not that hard to find....I just looked for the a close dark place that would be safe from a cat....only took about 15 minutes

Re: Very Bad Cat
Glad you found it. I was going to suggest checking to see if kitty had mouse breath LOL.

Re: Very Bad Cat
Best way to catch escapee mice or rats- cats or my personal favorite, especially when the rodent is not tolerant of handling..a ferret. Ferrets however, will most of the time kill the escapee rodent. And, good luck using a snake to catch an escapee rodent because the snake has other plans, like finding a nice dark warm place to lay low and wait for the rodent to come to them.

Re: Very Bad Cat
I would have assumed the same....but the cat is more or less a 'teenager' (she is only about 4 months old)....a big adult mouse would have been alot of food
