Super lesser, probability of eye problems?

I've only got one lesser at the moment. But once I get to breeding him I plan to hold back some lesser combos. I know that super lessers can have eye problems. Is there any idea of the probability of hatching super lessers with these problems? And is there any incubation temp that's been found to reduce this possibility? I'm trying to decide if this combo is something I'd be willing to do in the future. I've got lots of time, as my lesser is a male would be producing the female lesser. But I'm just in a snake thinking mood and have been thinking about future projects.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

There's not really anything you can do but the eye problem isn't massive

Earlier tonight I was over at a friends house checking out the new hatchlings. He has a B.E.L. Spider with no eye problems
