    Odd behavior

I just purchased my 4 month old ball female ball python yesterday. She just ate a bit ago but now she's acting odd. She goes from her thermometer to the top of the cage and will look around at the top and then rub her head on it. She doesn't look like she's in shed.
Also this is right after a feeding, and this being my first snake I feel like this is unusually active. The day before she just roamed.
Is she still hungry? I fed her 1 hopper and she's still flicking her tongue a bit.
I have humidity at 60%, temp is from uth at 90f and a cool side at about 70. She lives in a 38 gallon with no heat lamp and a screen top with coconut bedding.

Someone please help I'm worried she may get a problem with her face scales

70 is too cold. She needs 76-80 on the cool side. I personally shoot for a 78-79 at the coldest part of the tank. She needs a heat lamp, a UTH is NOT ENOUGH.

Unfortunately, you will also need a thermostat or dimmer for the secondary ambient heat source. Regulating heat for royal pythons can be bit expensive, but once the initial investment is done, its DONE!

I agree with Godzilla that your temps are too low. You will need an additional heat source and ALL heat sources should be regulated by a thermostat. A UTH is solely to provide a hot spot and NOT for ambient temps. If your UTH is creating a 90 degree ambient hot side temp the surface is WAY too hot and can potentially burn your snake. PLEASE unplug the UTH if it is not regulated by a thermostat.

Also, hopper mouse is too small for a BP. Bps eat a hopper for their first few meals only, generally 3-5 meals. After that, they move on to small adult mice. The exploring means the Snake is still hungry.
